Return Policy

We want your fur baby to love their goodies — but if something’s not right, here’s how we’ll help!

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Apparel must not have any pet hair or signs of wear.

  • Custom/personalized items are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at support@spoiledpetsupply.com with your order number.

  2. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.

  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective.

Refunds:
Once approved and processed, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want instead.

Damaged/Defective Items:
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
